As the Assistant Agency Manager of Main Hill Media, I oversee the overall management of all client accounts, ensuring seamless projects from start to finish. In addition to my general responsibilities, I serve as the dedicated project manager for Petsense by Tractor Supply, The Clothesline NWA, Nooma, Beem Light Sauna and Trash Ice Cream. For each account, I create structured dashboards using the task management platform Basecamp. I work directly with Main Hill Media’s influencer team, operations team, creative team and social media team to ensure all client expectations are exceeded. I communicate efficiently and effectively with clients by holding informational meetings, sharing pitch decks and drafting accurate invoices through Zoho. My exceptional organization, communication, delegation, and leadership provide me with the tools needed to succeed as a project manager.
